Lead Wizard Return Policy/Terms - (Leased systems )

 

The lease will be for 365 days.   The lease will start on the date the unit is shipped.  The lease term will automatically renew upon the end of the 365 day period for an additional 365 day period unless otherwise canceled prior to the end of the lease period.  To be considered canceled Customer must obtain a Lease Termination Authorization number by calling 877-830-7281.  The returned item must be received within 5 days at the end of lease period.

 

Payments will be automatically billed every month or year depending or payment option made at time of purchase.

 

The Lead Wizard is returnable within 20 days from the date Lead Wizard ships the product.  The Lead Wizard is returnable for a $250 per unit restocking fee less shipping and handling.  After 20 days the lease period cannot be canceled until the one year terms has expired.

 

To return an item you must call Lead Wizard customer service at 877-830-7281 and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Failure to do so will result in a 25% restocking fee or refusal to except it.  The Lead Wizard must be received within 10 days from the date the RMA is issued.  Failure to return it within 10 days from the date the RMA is issued gives Lead Wizard the right to refuse the return. No return shall be accepted 30 days from the shipment date.

 

All products must be 100% complete including all manuals, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. RMA approval is contingent upon, among other things, the products being 100% complete.  Failure to send 100% complete product may result in refusal of the return or an additional restocking fee.

 

Customer is responsible for shipping charges to Lead Wizard for all products being shipped for return. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

 

Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return. Please fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery such as UPS, Federal Express or DHL. This is for your protection as well as to ensure quick action on your return.
