Refund/Terms Policy: - Refunds on system less $200 fee and S/H. All returns must receive RMA number within 30 days of Lead Wizard shipment date. Product must be received within 10 days after issuing RMA number. Returns will not be accepted after the 30 day period, past that date all systems will be billed/charged per the lease system ordered. Warranty: The lead Wizard comes with a warranty on all leased systems, which includes unlimited 24/7 toll free tech support, all parts and labor covered in case of repairs, software version updates during the term of the lease.
