Lead Wizard Return Policy
The Lead Wizard is returnable within 20 days from the date Lead Wizard ships the product. The Lead Wizard systems are returnable minus a restocking fee of $250 shipping and handling is not refundable. Request for returns past 20 days from the date the Lead Wizard ships will not be accepted.
To return an item within the 20 day period you must call Lead Wizard customer service at 877-830-7281 and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Failure to do so will result in a 25% restocking fee. The Lead Wizard must be received within 10 days from the date the RMA is issued. Failure to return it within 10 days from the date the RMA is issued gives Lead Wizard the right to refuse the return.
All products must be 100% complete including all manuals, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. RMA approval is contingent upon, among other things, the products being 100% complete. Failure to send 100% complete product may result in refusal of the return or an additional restocking fee.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges to Lead Wizard for all products being shipped for return. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return. Please fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery such as UPS, or Federal Express. This is for your protection as well as to ensure quick action on your return.
